Mondays – Thursdays 9:00am – 4:00pm. For Good Food Bank hours, community meals and food skills class times, click here.  Note that, if you need food, call us at 250 354 1633 and we can arrange for a food pick up some when we are open.  We’ll also accommodate drop-ins whenever we can.
