Our “one-off” workshop programs are a chance for our facilitators (and program participants!) to go deep into one subject area. These fun and informative sessions are usually 2-3 hours long and are often run by special guests of Nelson Community Food Centre, like local restaurant chefs, caterers, or amateur chefs with a particular culinary fascination and specialty.
Like all of our programs, we welcome everyone and thrive in diverse environments where people from different socioeconomic, cultural, and experiential backgrounds come together to learn and connect. If you are interested in teaching a workshop, give us a call! 250-463-1633
