Workshops

HOME / WORKSHOPS

Our “one-off” workshop programs are a chance for our facilitators (and program participants!) to go deep into one subject area. Think: sourdough, energy balls and snacks, kimchi and more. These fun and informative sessions are usually 2-3 hours long and are often run by special guests of the Nelson Community Food Centre, like local restaurants chefs, caterers or amateur chefs with a particular culinary fascination and specialty.

Like all of our programs, everyone is welcome and we thrive in diverse environments where people from different socioeconomic, cultural, and experiential backgrounds gather, learn and connect!
